Property always perks people up when it’s mentioned at dinner, doesn’t it? Everyone has some relationship with it, even if it’s simply the home we live in. Many people want to invest, to build a large empire, 100 houses later, 10 years down the line they are on a beach living their best life. Go you! This is fantastic. Others, just want to make ‘passive income’, and be hands-off. Go you!
