Real or?

PLANT WALL.

Unfortunatley this isn't real plants, because this is my SA unit not my home and who's got time to water and look after the real cuties? Not me!

This probably cost me about £120 in materials. I used Mitre bond (for skirting boards) to stick them to the wall. Worked a treat. Took about 1 hour to do, and yeah I did it myself.

It's so cheap, yet super effective at creating a space that stands out above the rest. I'm yet to see an SA in my area with something like this.

With the floating TV I think it keeps it subtle, but also adds a big bit of nature to a fairly 'industrial theme'.

I'd love to do this on a flip, in fact the next flip I buy, I'm going to try and incorporate this into an alcove or a space in the kitchen. I think it will stand out and 'emotionally' add value.
