Solid data, research and comparable data points are used to de-risk the investment and outcome. I have 4 exits on each Property, meaning you and I are covered in the unlikely event that plan A, B or C fail.

Depending on the amount Invested, your money will have the highest possible security we can offer. This starts off as a Loan Agreement with the Ltd Company that holds all of my assets, meaning there is no chance of me dissolving and running away. Like some can do in this industry.

There is minimal or no interest paid on the I&L. Yes, you read that correctly. This programme is for those who wish to become successful Property Investors themselves and value the education and experience I am offering.

The minimum investment is £25,000.
