There is something stressfull about them, well everything is...⁠

I really feel a weight off my shoulders, mind and chest when each one is completed. It feels strange, I feel free. This isn't good, I should feel free no matter what! They can really tie you down, especially when you are so focussed on fixing issues, firing builders, suing them, finding more problems and managing quality control 150 miles away.⁠

Thankfully I've put checks and people in place to sort these out, but I'm still liable at the end of the day. I've always got my Investor paybacks at the back of my mind, especially when we face delays or challenges. ⁠

I'm going to be 100x more prepared, physically and MENTally for my next refurbishments, I won't feel the same anxiety and doubt I've carried for so long. I can't. It really breaks you.⁠

I've only learned this and come out stronger because I went THROUGH it, and didn't avoid it. ⁠
