Do you dress your flips? With real stuff or with CGI? If you haven't done a flip yet, do you think you will do this? Can it make a difference when selling?
It's supposed to show a buyer how it could look as their 'home' and not just 4 walls and some carpet. It adds emotion and style to the mix.
Is it worth the cost, it can add a fair bit on which could detract from your profit.
This came with boring chrome handles, so I ordered black ones and fitted them on myself.
