WHAT HAVE I DONE? ⁠ ⁠

• Purchased 15 Properties in 9 months⁠

• Portfolio grown from £0 to £1,330,000 in 9m⁠

• Raised £593,000 in 5m⁠

• Cashflow (profit) PER MONTH will be c£3,600⁠

• Started with £40,000 of my own money⁠

• Podcast has had 300,000 listens in 19m⁠

• Podcast heard in 100+ countries⁠

• Ranked 15 on iTunes previously ⁠

• I've spoken at 30+ networking events ⁠

• Not missed a single payment to my Investors ⁠

• Got locked up... sorry I mean Engaged* 😂⁠ ⁠

I don't reflect much, nor do I celebrate my wins much, so that's that!⁠ ⁠ Really, I aint shit. You can do the same, better, or less, it doesn't matter, it's up to you how you progress. What matters is, YOU CAN DO IT. ⁠ ⁠ You can tell I like numbers and use them to measure progress eh?⁠ ⁠

Don't think this has come easy, or without stress. It's been the hardest times of my life, but it's been fun. ⁠ ⁠ This was inspired by a post from my good friends dugard_property, who were reflecting on their time in Property so far. s/o to them, I've seen them grow so much as people and as a business 😍⁠
